Productivity Pit Stop — Pilot Programme
Eight places. Four sessions. Two weeks. Free. I need the right people — and I think you might be one of them.
I am building something I believe will genuinely change how you work — and I need eight people to help me test it properly.
High-Performance Partner is a personal performance system built around you — your unique pattern of high performance, your specific time drains, and the daily and weekly rhythm that keeps you focused and in control.
I am not selling you anything. This pilot is free. What I am asking for is your full commitment, your honest feedback, and — if you find it valuable — a testimonial afterwards.
Here is what is involved.
Through a guided process called the Excavator, you will uncover your unique Pattern of High Performance — the consistent sequence you follow when you are doing your best work. This is not a personality test. It is excavated from three real experiences in your own life. Most people find it one of the most clarifying things they have ever done.
A two-minute diagnostic that identifies exactly where your time, attention, and energy are currently leaking. Six areas. A clear picture of what is getting in your way right now.
A personal AI assistant built on both of the above. It knows how you work at your best and where you are currently losing ground. It supports your daily and weekly rhythm through four practices: a Good Start each morning, a Strong Finish each afternoon, a Mind Dump when your head gets full, and a Weekly Review at the end of each week. This is not generic productivity advice. It is a system built around you, by you, guided by a methodology refined over decades.
Four sessions over two weeks. Monday and Thursday evenings, 18:30 to 20:00.
This programme only works if you commit fully. Specifically:
Places are limited to eight participants.
Applications close Wednesday 27 May at 17:00.
You will hear from me by Friday 29 May at 12:00.
