Inbox Pit Stop — Just Four Weeks | Get Time Back
Get Time Back

A Productivity Pit Stop Initiative

4-Week Working Group  ·  Open Cohort  ·  Microsoft Outlook Users

Imagine the moment just before you close your laptop for the day.

Just four weeks to an inbox that no longer runs your day.

No undecided emails. Calendar and tasks clear, prioritised, ready for action. A smile spreads across your face. You go home. Properly.

Most people say that feels impossible. It isn't.

The Inbox Pit Stop turns your inbox from a to-do list into a decision hub -- built inside your actual Outlook inbox, over four weeks -- and gives you your day back.

You don't have a time problem. The bottleneck is never time. It is decisions. Every email sitting in your inbox right now is a decision you haven't made yet -- and you are carrying every one of them in your head. That stops here.

This is not a course. There are no slides to study later, no workbook to complete, no theory to absorb before anything changes.

This is four weeks inside your actual inbox, alongside a small group who share the same constraint, guided by a simple decision system that you install, test, and refine until it holds.

The difference is not what you learn. It is what changes.

How it works — four weeks, one constraint at a time

Anyone can tidy their inbox in a session. Keeping it changed is the hard part. Four weeks is exactly how long behaviour change takes to stick -- and this group is exactly what makes it stick.

1

Install the system

We introduce a simple decision framework and apply it live, in your actual Outlook inbox. Not explained. Done. You leave Session 1 lighter than you arrived.

You leave Session 1 lighter than you arrived.
From Week 2 onwards, every session opens with the group. What moved, what got stuck, what surprised you. You learn as much from the room as from the process.
Something else happens in a group that never happens alone. You hear someone describe exactly your problem -- and the solution clicks in a way it never would from reading about it. You see someone else's breakthrough and realise the same shift is available to you. And you show up each week knowing the group will ask what you did. That quiet accountability is worth more than any reminder you could set yourself.
2

Test and adjust

You have used the system for a week in real conditions. We find what held and what didn't, remove the friction, and strengthen what is already forming. The system starts to feel like yours.

The system starts to feel like yours.
3

Integrate and deepen

Your inbox connects to your calendar, your task list, and Teams. Decisions made in your inbox now translate cleanly into visible, actionable work across your whole day.

Your inbox becomes an intake point, and nothing more.
4

Lock it in

You define your personal inbox protocol -- a simple one-page standard that captures exactly how you now work. You leave with a system you built, in your own environment, that you trust.

You leave with a system you built, and trust.

Your Pit Stop Buddy

At the start of the programme you will be paired with one other participant. Between sessions you check in briefly -- what's working, what's not, what you'll do differently. No formal structure. Just two people holding each other accountable. Buddies often continue well beyond the four weeks.

Every session is recorded and stored in your private cohort workspace, available for 30 days after the programme ends -- for reference, not for catching up on what you missed.

Your facilitators

We work directly with you through every session -- not at arm's length. When the four weeks end, you leave with something that works in your actual environment.
